an open letter from Tim:
I have been part of this industry for 30 years and have changed the way we do business to meet changing customer needs.
Recent research has shown that a majority of women and men don't like today's car buying experience...too much pressure, too much "haggling", too much "me against them". It's not good for you, it's not good for business.
That's why all of our vehicles are priced to a low and fair value at Freeway Auto Sales of Bellingham... so the purchase can be simple, pleasant and rewarding..just like you always wanted it to be.

First, every used car in our inventory is clearly marked with a low, Freeway Auto Sales price. It is a fair price based on vehicle value, and research of current competitive retailing.
Second, we no longer have sales people... only a Salaried managers on staff. His task is to explain the value of any vehicle in stock, put you in the car of your choice for a test drive by yourself, and obtain competitive financing. He is not paid a commission on whether you buy. He earns a good salary each and every month.
Third, when you come to the showrooms you won't be "grabbed" as you walk in or "tackled" when you walk out. You can look at your leisure, or ask for help if you need it, or leave whenever. And if you decide to buy, you already know the price so the purchase agreement takes only minutes. ( The only discussion can be about a trade-in.. and we're well-known for our liberal allowances.)
